Cold Air Intake Install

I am thinking about getting a cold air intake system and I just wanted to be sure that I'm going to be able to install it properly. I have a 5-speed '96 SL1...if there's anybody out there who has installed one, I would really appreciate some advice! I've heard that its pretty easy to do, and my dad can help me if I need it, but I just want to know what I'm getting myself into. Thanks!

Re: Cold Air Intake Install

what brand CAI are you looking at? normally the manual trans is fine with intake, but Auto trans sometime have clearance problems.

Well I just called and apparently its not a CAI, its just a short kit. I guess I didn't read everything on the page. The brand I was looking at is Vibrant. I guess since now I know what is it, I'm gonna shop around some more, my friend recommended AEM so I'm gonna take a look at that.
