Re: SC GSR vs. Z28 Vs. M3 (cam car)

That Z28 must have been stock and tired. 93+ are high 13 sec. cars. Low 13's with gears.

I'm not knocking on the teg, it was quick. I hope he has it tuned right for long stomps on the gas. Those exhaust temps had to of been CRAZY hot.

Re: SC GSR vs. Z28 Vs. M3 (cam car)

the z28 is not a 13 second car. of course a supercharged gs-r would take it....

Re: SC GSR vs. Z28 Vs. M3 (cam car)

I did bro. www.car-stats.com

Car-Stats.com Report for 1993 Chevrolet Camaro Z28
Obtained from MT February, 1993
0-60: 5.6 Transmission: Unknown
1/4 Mile: 14

Car-Stats.com Report for 1994 Chevrolet Camaro Z28
Obtained from
0-60: 5.7 Transmission: Unknown
1/4 Mile: 14.2

all the same until 1998 where it hits 13's. The camaro in the vid was pre-1998 because it had the old style headlights. Please correct me if i am wrong.

Re: SC GSR vs. Z28 Vs. M3 (cam car)

LT-1 camaros were a bit slower. LS-1's in the newer models are significantly faster.

Re: SC GSR vs. Z28 Vs. M3 (cam car)

Well, 2 of my friends have bone stock 93 and 94 Z28's and they both clicked off a 13.90 run. I don't know how much more proof I need.

14 sec car vs 15.6 sec car? What do you think?

I believe the technical term is "@$$ raping"
