Question Do you think these will look good?

I'm thinking about getting a set of these as my summer wheels. How do you think they'll look on my 5th gen?

http://www.enkei.com/HPSpecPAGES/rpm2Specs.html

Let me know what you think. I'm planning on the silver ones.

I usually don't like wheels with alot of spokes. But hey, what do I know. Use some imagination.

Re: Do you think these will look good?

I like them. Mesh wheels look pretty good on preludes. Also, when Enkei does a good job on a wheel, they do a GOOD job on a wheel. They only have a couple designs I am fond of though. That is one of them. I say go for it; if you think it looks good, that's what counts.

Pretty lightweight too.. how much are they costing you?

The cheapest I've found is $203 a piece @ discount tire. I'm going with the 17x8. the wider the better.

Have a look here http://www.mobile.de/SID8lMuTzKrmkC-...4062547&top=6& and here http://www.mobile.de/SID8lMuTzKrmkC-...4346526&top=7& .

The rims on both Preludes are from BBS but you might get an idea how the Enkeis would look like....

Re: Do you think these will look good?

I saw some at wheelmax.com that looked similar, but I called for some info on them and they are about 4-5 lbs heavier a piece.

I'm looking at about $900 w/out tires. Probably going to wrap them in some Eagle F1 GS-D3. It'll be expensive, but those seem like the best tires out there @ a reasonable price.

Awesome man.. It's better to spend the money and get something good than to get some shit thats going to crack the second you hit a large pothole. For a good tire, you should check out the Kumho 712s as well. I've never really heard anything bad about the tire except for that it's not the best in the snow. I had them on my prelude for awhile, and they were super grippy, and rarely squeeled aroud corners. Good luck!

Re: Do you think these will look good?

My buddy who works at discount tire said he'll be able to get the wheels for me for $200 a piece. Now its just a matter of finding the rubber.
