Hi Audrey,
You can go to the dealer and get a new remote. They will be able to program it for you or give you instructions on how to program it. The car should have the factory alarm on it.

This sounds like classic symptoms of your supercharger coupler having worn out. You do not have to purchase a new supercharger to fix this. In fact, you don't even have to take the entire supercharger off the car. You can drain the supercharger oil, and then remove the snout using a 10mm wrench and a 10 mm swivel wrench\snake wrench set. I've done this before so if you dad wants to attempt the fix have him shoot me an e-mail.
