97 GC se 3.3 4spd

Just purchased 97 w/bad 3.3 motor, and had a 3.3 installed out of a 96. The speedmeter or odometer does not work. Would this be the input or output sensor causing this, or should I replace both?
Problem #2. The only thing working on the climate control is the blower. low, med, med high, dead spot, and high. There is nothing else working on the board. Rear wip, rear w/delay, rear wash, rear def, recirc, ac, and the region dial also does not work. It constantly blows from vents. I have one hot lead coming into blower switch, and one hot lead going into the other harness.
Problem #3. The temp and fuel gauge do not work. I bought the present motor from junk yard, installed all new gaskets and seals, water pump, timing chain, and oil pump while motor was out. I only notice one coolant sensor on the motor (2 wire) The rad fan does come on when needed. but gauge does not work. could there be a problem with inst. cluster?
Thanks in advance,
Dave
