cattman y pipe install and opinions

Got my Cattman y pipe today for my 96 Max from Courtesy Nissan in Richardson , TX. My questions:

1) any tricks or hangups in installation? I just jack up the car and take off the old section and bolt in new, right? (anyone have pics of this?)

2) how much noticeable difference will I see/feel?

3) how will this affect the rest of the car?

4) any of you have the cattman that want to comment on it?
