Looking for E36 M3
What is the best and/or fastest (stock) e36 m3? What options are important to look for? Any other advice? Thanks.

Lightweight M3
I believe the lightweight M3 series run for the E36 line was fastest out of the factory. They cost over $25,000. If you want least inexpensive method buy an OBD1 model 1995. There are plenty floating about and there are tons of after market forced induction setups readily available. You can find decent models from $11,000-18,000. Turbo kit from activeautowerks.com about $6000 if im not mistaken that would make your car faster than any lightweight and most contemporary vehicles racing about. You can also check out da-motorsporst.com for some 700hp ideas and tons other links as well. If money is not an issue look at Hamann E36 m3s in europe they make some krazy cars.
Good luck.
