interior dash lights

I have heard of the mod of changing the bulbs in the instrument cluster to a different color to mock the indiglo lights. My question is does anybody know how you could do the same for the cruise button and the heater/AC controls. I don't want to just tear into those two items if it is not possible.

I have a black 98 GSR with a small amounts of blue throughout the car and I think it would look badass to have it all blue on the inside.
