97 XLT Explorer auto start Location ?

Hello, I just purchased a 97 Explorer XLT in great cond and the previous owners mechanic had removed the factory alarm and autostart because or spuratic no start troubles, later they found the problem but never re-installed the modules. From what I understand the wiring harness connectors are still there.

I dont have any clue where any of them are located.
I looked under the driverside dash, although I should remove the trim to get a better view.

I was hoping someone could save me some time (Its 14 deg f today !)

Anyone know where the Factory Alarm annd Auto start would be ?

Thanks,
Glenn H

Usually, they install them up underneath the knee knocker on driver's side of the dash. FYI, there was NO OEM autostart for Explorers in '97. I laugh each and everytime I hear about some autotech ripping out the remote start because they have no idea what's wrong with the car
