1997 Blazer 4wd controls/electrical

Right after replacing the vacuum switch on the transfer case, the dashboard controls quite working on me. I remember hearing a clicking sound lower in the dash when it was working. Is there a relay fuse or something that may have shorted located somewhere in the dash? If so, how do I get to it and what is it called? Do the wires from the control switch lead directly to it (presuming IT exists)?
