Rev Limiter & Speed Limiter

i was wondering if anybody knows how to disable the rev limiter and the top speed limiter? any information will be helpful, thanks

What you need to get is the Hypertech tuner which will not only remove the top speed and rev limiter but give you more horsepower and better fuel economy.
