inner tie rod

Does anyone know the proper torque specs for installing inner and outter tie rod ends in a 1996 Neon with power steering? Thank you

At the risk of asking the obvious, has it ever occured to you to buy a Haynes or Chiltons manual? They aren't very expensive.
