Steering thump repeat
2006 Sport 4 banger. In 2010 had that common steering column thump/bump. Dealer changed the steering gear and linkage under an extended warranty and per two TSBs. 6 years later it's back. Obviously the morons at Toyota replaced the parts with identical parts instead of redesigning the parts and installing those. Sooooo typical. Just wonder if anyone has been in this situation and did you get stuck with repair costs the second time around?
