97 Riv seatback trim detached

1997 Riviera - 3.8 Liter, L36 - 143,783 miles

A few months ago, the seat-back trim on the driver side came off after letting the set `fallī back into the upright position. For ~16 years I simply let the seat fall back on its own after pushing it forward to reach into the back seat.

It finally broke. The top plastic 'hook' separated from the thin fiberglass backing, blowing out FIVE heavy staples. The two lower plastic PLUGS were also torn out when the top hinged down.

The white plugs went back in ok, but need to be epoxied in place.

How to reattach the upper bracket? The fiberglass backing is VERY thin!!

There are some frame-wires inside that are also broke, and a white plastic 'backbone'..

but too worried about those right now. Any suggestions? Rivets? ??
