Re: Tamiya Calsonic ImpulZ 1/24
jcros84 - maybe it's just me, but I'd rather see still pictures loaded to the forum page than going to Youtube to look at some video??
As for the model - did you clearcoat it?? The paint looks very grainy in the video - I can't tell if it's the limitation of the video or something like orange peel??? Anyhow it's is a reasonable build - do a search for some of the Z builds on the forum and you can compare your work to others on the forum - the main thing is to learn from each model you build and improve as time goes by - a good effort if you're new to modeling John |

Re: Tamiya Calsonic ImpulZ 1/24
jcros84 - First Welcome to the forum - when you post a picture of your work to the forum - give an small explanation of what you have done so people can also learn from you - it is a sharing thing and everybody helps each other. - Also if you have a question about something that is model building or painting related - start a thread and ask the people on the forum for help - most of the forum people are very friendly and will be happy to answer questions that you might have.
I hope you enjoy the forum and share all your model work with us. John jcros - what you posted in your links are just what you need to do on the forum - you show people what you did - continue that on this forum - best of luck to you. John Your pictures on the forum links are much better than the video - the paint work looks much better - good job John Last edited by John18d; 12-18-2013 at 10:03 PM. |
