You have a bad sensor or wiring from it to VCM/computer.
What do you need help with?
Is it still running?
Is it a present or history code?

had an issue once where the sensor wasnt in far enough after i replaced, it still acted as if it was a bad sensor. placement of it must be exact.... check the placement of the sensor, check the connection of the wiring, or replace the sensor.
