Unhappy clutch not working right

We just replaced my tranny and now my clutch isn't working right. It seems to disengage when it's cold but only sometimes once it warms up. Tried bleeding, didn't seem to get much air out and didn't fix the problem. Can anyone help me out?

Could easily be a problem from reinstalling the clutch.
Are clutch and pressure plate in right? cutch fork in right? etc.
