OH sorry. I have the ASM to 0, and TCS to 1.
LSD is Full Tires are Sport Medium I only used the NO2 for the straightaway.

ok well i had ASM/TCS both on 0, racing super tires, no NOS, full diff w/ stock settings.

The tires will improve your time drastically. Try it again with sport tires medium and see what time you get. It's a bit more difficult but yeah.
