Lets face it, American cars are "MADE TO BREAK" from factory. They are not supposed to last 300,000-400,000 miles, because then no one would have to dump them and buy a new one(that's how they justify their system secretly!)
Why do you think red-necks named Billy Joe who wouldn't be caught dead in an Asian car are now buying Toyota trucks?
When GM, Ford or Chrysler tells you: THIS CAR ONLY NEEDS TUNEUP AT 100,000 MILES(like Aurora), they in fact mean: All your parts will break on or around 100,000 mile if not before!
My brother bought a 1993 Nissan Hardbody pickup new, within 2 years he put 286,000 miles on it, and this truck ran like brand new with cold AC. The only part he changed was 1 clutch (after 20,000 shiftings)
