I bought one of those little bending tools. I also have some PE pliers and some miscellaneous mini pliers I use. I have some flat needle nose type that don't have any teeth, so they don't leave marks. I also have some needle nose that have round cylindrical parts instead of flat and square. These help with hose clamps and such

I dug this one out and made some very minor progress. Chopped off the kit rear axles and got the SMS axles lined up and added some Aluminum rod as well. Then I got all the rest of the mechanical parts primed.

Also, here is the 1/12 motorcycle springs on the tube exhaust I made compared to the molded in kit part

good to see that you haven't given up on this one Hemi-Killer.

I've been keeping my eyes open for one of these SMS GT-1 Detail sets, but no luck as of this date.

Nice clean work on the axles - quite an improvement over the plastic part.
