Honda civic LSI 1992 engine wont start when its raining

HI guys
I have a problem trying to start the car if its raining the engine turns over but will not fire
After an hour i try again it then tries but wont catch
I leave it another hour and try again and eventually I get it running
Once it starts its fine and I can switch off and restart any time
When Its dry or cold it starts normally and will be no problem for weeks until I get rain or a damp day
I tried to start it in the dark with the bonnet up to see If there was any arking on the plug leads but could see nothing
Can anyone help solve this problem

what you want to say the water arrive to some place and make no restart and when the water dry it restart ?

Yes engine wont start when moisture present
Today is dry and sunny Car started 1st time

you migth wana check your ignition cap for moist, since it wont start wen its raining. thou i had a similar problem but it was the main relay, car only started when it wanted. so you might wana check that too just to make sure.

try to press at the fuel 5 or 6 time before you start you engine
