hvac no display after battery change

Will removing the #39 fuse for 1 min correct this conditions?
There is no display on the HVAC. I was going to try above when I get home and needed some other comments to try when I do get home from vacation.

That was easy. I pulled both #36 & 39 for a minute and turned switch on and HVAC is back.
