I thought the designation on the plate in this shot would help, but the FÜ identifies 'Fürth' which is nowhere near Cologne where #037's German owner was supposed to live and it's also nowhere near Munich, either.

No - he's saying that #066 is the car pictured in Greg's 'Before' photo that he'd suggested was #010, then I suggested we'd determined was #037. Nothing more than that.
