Well, just sold the 02 Blazer Xtreme after I totalled it last week, and bought a 3.8 liter 2002 Grand Prix GT with 130,000 miles.

In great shape other than rust on the leading edge of the hood, and it needs new wheel bearings. Paid $4,995; need some opinions if this was a deal or not!

Also, what repairs can I expect to make? I know the intake gasket has already been changed, as well as the lower control arm bushings and outer tie rod ends; anything else I should be looking for?

thanks in advance!

Sounds too high......was this a dealer or private party?

As for potential problems, every 11 year old car has them....but in this case:

MAF sensor, f/p regulator, wheel bearings, upper plenum/throttle body gaskets, wire harness to wheel bearing, EGR, cat converter, LCA bushings, solenoids in tranny, power window motors, outer tie rods, racks, PS pumps, PS lines, valve cover gaskets, RKE fobs, PassKey II/III problems, HVAC leaks, A/C clutch problems, fuel pumps, fuel level sender, etc.,......

But other than those, no problems.....

Purchased through a dealer. To date, based on the receipts, I know the following has replaced; Plenum gasket, blower motor resistor, outer toe rod ends, control arm bushings, washer pump, and the window regulator. Radiator was flushed at 111,000 miles as well.
