Unhappy Fuse for OBD 2

My OBD 2 connector does not get power and i dont see a fuse marked for it could you please help me with this. My truck is a 2002 GMC Sierra SLE 4.8L.

I have seen it on other vehicles... check the cig lighter fuse, they sometimes share power...
