03 Durango power window
i rolled the power window down and heard a snap. now it won't move even though i can still hear the motor when i operate the switch

Welcome to the Durango, the window she do not work forum. What you probably heard is the window regulator cable or attachment breaking, very common with our cars. I was driving a '03 with windows up, heard a pop and the glass dropped out of sight into the door. Pull the door panel and take a look and I bet you find a broken regulator. I went to Advance Auto Parts, picked up a new regulator assembly (motor,cable and attachments) for $89.00 and had her back together and working in about one hour.
