1997 power window loud buzz noise

My drive side power window will go all the way up but make a really loud rattle/buzzing noise at the top and will roll half way or so down and get the same noise. I can force the window up and it will move smoothly until it reaches the top again. Is it off track or does it need a new part? If off track how do I fix it?

You MAY have a window regulator fault.

To see the workings you must remove the door panel and weather proofing plastic.
