Re: Grand Am Off Topic Thread

My days hanging out at the bars and getting totally wasted, are long over. I was fortunate that I use to take the train to work. I was still lite the next day. Needless to say I missed my stop, not thinking to clearly, I got off at the next stop. When I looked at the train schedule, oh fook the next train would not be until 10:30. The good thing was that the service manager, the office manager, and the senior secretary had the day off. So I got away with that one.

Which is a rare occation at that, but these girls can keep me up any night.

Well I though about starting/finishing these dang headers.
As you can see I only have the UI off, maybe I can spend a couple hours with it tomorrow.

Re: Grand Am Off Topic Thread

If I did that now I would have a cast iron frying pan to the head.

Re: Grand Am Off Topic Thread

Yes, but then there is the Friday night bit again, which will be followed by the frying pan again and a lot more pain.

Re: Grand Am Off Topic Thread

damn Vipey that was good you didnt get struck.
But you were probly safe in the garage since they are concrete and lightining doesnt go through it very well.

Thier were some little nasty storms blowing thro the past couple days, I'm tired of the rain.

Re: Grand Am Off Topic Thread

One way to tell if the lightning was about to strike THAT close to you is if the hair on your body begins to stand on end ( like you have goosebumps) before the strike even occurs. That's when you know it was way to close for comfort. We had a nice storm by us the other day... and naturally i was standing in front of the large sliding glass doors that has nice think metal bars in front of it when a bolt of lightning struck close enough that there was little time delay between flash and sound. I heard tons of car alarms and kids crying after that (mind you after i jumped back about 30 feet).
