Re: Fujimi Ferrari F355

Paint job and photography is just awesome. Very nice work. Only thing that bothers me is the fitment of the wheels. The donīt seem to really fit the wheelarches meaning that the stand out too much. Any chance of fixing this?
Besides that...nice choice of design.

good eyes!! The wheels offset isn't perfect, i have adjusted the rear at the time those pictures were taken. I will adjust the front too when i have time~

Re: Fujimi Ferrari F355

Ah, a white ferrari...

white is the dreadest color i would wanna try spraying...very hard to get it right, yours is a nice work!!!

same here too...the rims' offset look way too out for the car. also, the tires seems to be smaller than the rims! correct me if i spotted it wrongly...

if so, i suggest you trim down the rims' inner hub a little or thin down the brake hub a little to seat the offset right. i can't see from the pics, are the wheels wide rear / narrow front combo!?
if so, thin down according to whatever wide/narrow tires you have at hand & the result will be..............................VIOLA!

cheers!

Re: Fujimi Ferrari F355

very nice ferrari, but i really don't think the wheels fit the car too well.

Re: Fujimi Ferrari F355

I love it, the cf on the back taillight section looks great. One thing, the horse on the back would look ten times better in pe. Nice job.

Re: Fujimi Ferrari F355

WOW!!! Very nive build, I like it sooo much. It looks fantastic in white, and the Trafficstar 20"s look hot underneath but look a bit too wide though. Five star photography also! Congrats!

Re: Fujimi Ferrari F355

I love white F355's

Get those front rims fully inside the fenders and it will look a lot better. The wheel design looks okay to me; perhaps if they were painted bright silver like real Ferrari wheels they'd look more appropriate.

I see you got bitten by Fujimi's incorrect drip rail/window trim; they engraved the trim over the door glass though it's not supposed to be there. Look at any pics of real F355's and you'll see what I mean. To get rid of the mismatch over the side glass vs. quarter glass, you could paint the part over the quarter glass black to match up. This kit is not one of Fujimi's better efforts...by a long shot...but they still look cool when built, as this one shows.

Re: Fujimi Ferrari F355

Thank you all for the comments! I took the suggestions and made some adjustment. I fixed the offset of the front wheels and adjust the tire width as well~ looks better now!!

ZoomZoomMX-5: This is my second F355 that i built and i didn't realize the window trim thing!! ahh...this is stupid~ haha

MidMazar: the horse at the back is PE~ guess the pictures don't show well!
