Question Oil Sending unit in 92 Lumina Z34

I am having trouble getting the sensor out. I took of the oil filter but there just isnt enough room for me to get on the nut part of the sensor. i was wondering if any one had andy TIPS on how to get it out.

you can always drop the starter and take sender out with vicegrips or channel lock pliers, or buy a sender socket.

Check all the auto parts stores in your area. I have never needed one myself but i am sure one of them has one.

Or do a google search for "oil sender socket"
