 Not exactly proper procedure for military TCP (Traffic Control Point) procedures but I guess it gets the job done.

It all depends on what your unit commander has put out in your TTP (tactics, techniques, and procedures) you can waste a guy if your think he has a VBIED and is going to blow you and your buddies asses away.
