Exclamation My 96 eclipse wont start

Alright i have a 96 eclipse non-turbo new battery new spark plugs car trys to start all it does is sound like its going to start i need help!

Is it just because its cold? Is it getting spark? What about compression and timing, have you checked those? This is such a broad topic, you should give us as much info as you know. A few well placed periods would be nice too.

Build on hold until I get a good paying job, either in school or once I get out. At that time a full tear down and complete rebuild should be in order.

Hey bro... we cant really help u unless u explain more details about wut is going on... there is SO many reasons for ur car not to start lol.
