how would the LED's install for brake/turn signal

im looking to get different brake/turn lights, and stumbled upon these LED's. I am wondering if they would be a direct connection to the existing harness. I like the altezza's but are so common, I'd like something different heres a pic, i thought it more appropiate then posting the ebay link, but can provide
