94 Scoupe Problems.

I have had my Scoupe for about 5 years now. I've replaced the starter, gotten new brakes, slave cylinder, battery. It's a standard.

I've noticed recently that sometimes when I'm sitting at a light and I put it in neutral - my car engine will start shuddering and sometimes it actually stalls. It starts right back up again but it's a little strange. Also, are there alot of problems with Scoupe transmissions? My car sounds a little loud when I shift like it's grinding slightly against something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
