MAF Sensor?
I need to confirm name and part number. The brittle vacuum line from the air cleaner to the manifold has broken in two locations. In line I fixed with heat shrink. The second break is where it says CONNECT on the air cleaner and cannot fix. Is attached to the MAF sensor and is the line replacable. What do I call it and what might the part number be. Gaffers tape will only hold it so well.

Re: MAF Sensor?
Cut a small piece off, and take it to the local parts store. Find a piece of rubber vacuum line that fits over it snugly. Cut a small piece, slide it in and your done.

Re: MAF Sensor?
I can try this but what broke was the tip that inserts into the plastic rectangle on the air cleaner. The bead that was formed on the tip of the vacuum line has snapped of inside the plastic piece. Will I be able to find a vacuum line that has the bead molded on the tip?
