No heat on floor or defrost

1995 buick roadmaster has no heat comming out of floor or defrost when you select these on the electronic controls.

bad electronic unit or some solenoid control?

Does the contol panel indicate air directed to the floor? I've seen other people with this problem find a stuck door. There is a door that directs the air where it is supposed to go.

The electronic dash display does display that it should be directed to the floor. Still comes out the vents in the dash. Did see another post on a 93 roadmaster that indicated the solenoid was near the ash tray and hard to get to. Waiting for the weather to warm up to look myself. Zero out there today.
