Try spraying it all down with PB Blaster and set it in with vibrations from a hammer... Except, don't destroy it this time. lol Then let it set overnight and tomorrow everything should come apart a lot easier for you.

 I've been mad at my car before but not that much. Why are you having so much trouble with the control arm? Mine only took a short time to remove... It's going to be a bitch to replace that door. Next time try hitting something not so expensive.
