I have hit a brick wall with my 91 Cav. I replaced the starter, put in a new battery, and when you turn the key on, nothing. No dash lights, no engine turning over, no radio, fan, etc.. The only thing that works, is the horn, headlights, and that annoying bell that tells you the key is on and the door is open. (it figures that would still work.) I checked the fuses, they are all fine. I need help. What is wrong with my car? Anyone?

Sounds like it could be the ignition switch, assuming you have power going to it.
