i posted a thread where a civic does beat a viper...and i love vipers they are awesome jus chrysler dissappoints me, all that motor and if you ask me arent pulling out enough power...

there are a few things to consider as to why that Civic beat the Viper:
1. The Civic was modded like hell 2. The driver of the Viper was inexperienced and probably granny shifted his way through the gears. The Viper is a driver's car. Yes it has 505 horsepower available, but if you don't drive it right, you won't the full benefit from the car. I drove an '03 SRT-10 two weeks ago, it hauls. But if you don't know how to drive it the way it was meant to be driven, you'll get owned every time.
