When I bought my '03 first thing I did is have the squishy OEM tires removed and had new Bidgestone RE950's installed. When wet the OEM tires would spin on hills. The car vibrated a little before and after.
I had all the tires road force balanced. Part of this procedure checks the balance/roundness of the wheels. One of my steel wheels was bent enough that Honda replaced it. Two others were still slightly out of true.
Also I found a TSB that said esentially that put the best balanced\truest tire on the car on the front left because it is very sensitive to vibration.
No idea what you mean by "jumping on left" --- are the lug nuts loose?
p.s. the RE950's are great wet and dry, and don't have the sidewards sway of OEM tires either.
