engine quit

i was driving down the road and my car just died and i replaced distributor, coil pack, spark plugs and wires and it still isnt getting any fire. i've asked lots of people and no one can tell me what happen. its an 89 s10 blazer with a 4.3 engine. thanks for any help.

What about the ignition module?

Have you verified no spark coming out of the coil?

i'm not sure if they checked the ignition module, where is it and is it hard to check? my friends that checked my vehicle said there was no spark coming from the spark plug but i'm not sure exactly what they did to check. thanks for any help.

Pull the distibutor cap and make sure that the rotor turns when you try to start it. You may have a broken timing chain.

Check your fuses. My 89 did the same thing, it was the fuse.
