I have a question about this new E85 fuel. Is the 1988 Tbi350 compatible with the E85 fuel?

probably not, from my understanding E85 requires different component materials in the fuel system

check your owners manule. you may need to do a few mods befor you can use e85.

then you got to check in to the cost of useing e85. a tank full of e85 will get less mpg's. your going to need more fuel than strate gas.
