2000 Dodge Neon Spark Plug Blew
My 200 Dodge Neon unexpectidly had the #3 cylinder spark plug blew out while driving it. The plug is gone so I tried to thread a new plug and there aren't any threads left. Does anybody have any suggestions??

If your good with tools they actually sell drill bits that make threads but you would have to buy a new spark plug of a different size, which might be a pain in the ass. You can try the locktite method... Just but some lock tite and try to thread it as best you can and it shoudl stay in. But I would buy a really good set of plugs for the car... like platnuims or something so they last for 20,000+ miles, because once its in there your really not going to have a good time trying to get it out.

Re: 2000 Dodge Neon Spark Plug Blew
as far as getting good plugs go; i would go for NGK laser iridium plugs. i just traded my 2000 neon and it actually calls for these plugs. they are 10 bucks a piece, but i would say theyre worth it.
