'99 Aurora error code 741

It has been established that the solenoid in my torque converter is most likely the culprit bringing on the "check engine soon" light. Is 10 hours labor reasonable to replace it?

For my 1996 it is listed as 9.8 hours
I'm not sure on a 1999.
