BMW stalls when braking hard

I have a 95 740 iL that stalls when you brake hard. HELP!!

You said when braking hard. Hard enough for the anti-lock brakes to kick in? If so, maybe Mr. Computer shuts things off during this period. I don't know.

Otherwise, I'm thinking something in the fuel delivery system. I'd change the fuel filters if you haven't done so in a while. There's two of them located on the right side back around the rear wheel well. There's also a fuel pressure regulator located at the right rear of the fuel rail.

Let us know what you find since we're on here to learn as well as to help.

whats ur rpm@ idle?????
i think 1000 is proper if u idle to low it may stall out in that situation
