P10 AGX shock settings?

Just installed the AGX shocks on my G20 last night, couldn't go for a test drive until this morning. Had them set at 2/4 (front/rear) which damn near jarred my teeth out, and this is with stock springs. They are now set to 1/2 and it's a bit better, hard to tell about handling/balance because it's raining outside and the roads are wet. (I'm afraid to push the car for fear that I've dialed in some oversteer or something that will make it swap ends on me.)

Soo, anyone else here with AGX on a P10? What settings do you use? I expect the shocks to soften up a bit with a few miles on them.

Interestingly enough, the stock dampers with 157K on them are still fine. They damp just fine, have no leaks, etc. The struts were replaced because of a squeaking noise that turned out to be from my upper arm bushings being gone.

Thanks,

Parts coming very soon: unorthodox pulleys, new rocker arms (yeah!), Hotshot CAI, SMC shifter, Hotshot header

I have them on my car too... but i have quite a bit stiffer springs, so 2/3 is about what i usually run. For stock springs i'd guess about 1/2, or something very close to that, maybe even 1/1, i don't know. I'd go with whatever rides the smoothest personally. Oh yeah, at 2/3 on my car, with the 340/250 springs, it is still difficult for the rear end to REALLY kick out... i can get it to kick out... but never spin.. if you do that you're really pushing the car too hard on the street. I have gotten it to spin on the track-- that was clearly my mistake though, and not the characteristics of the car, at 2/3 it's actually very neutral.

Thanks for the input, I'm still playing with it. Right now I'm at 2/4. 2 is good for up front, but the rear I'm still debating. I'm trying to dial out the understeer and make the car more neutral. The SER swaybar up front really helps the car stick, but it exaggerates the understeer tendencies of the car. Making the back super stiff seems to make it want to come around a little better.

I'm running 2/2 with my 275/200 GCs. I was running 2/4, but I was getting some ugly bouncing. Mike Kojima explained to me that it's possible to set up an in-phase oscillation of the suspension if you get the front/rear damping wrong, so he suggested lowering the rear. At first I resisted, but the ride was much better afterwards.
