Quite easy actually, all I did was pull off the guage cluster dash cover thingy that's silver in the pic. I sprayed it twice with Bulldog adhiesive promoter, litting it sit about 20 minutes between coats. Oh, to clean off the piece to be painted before I put anything on, I cleaned uff the whole surface of it using rubbing alcohol. Then once the scond coat of Bulldog has dried, I then sprayed on 3 seperate (well actually 4, because the 2nd coat drip ran, so I had to sand that out and recoat it) coats of Krylon #1401 bright silver metallic look spray paint. This is the same exact paint I used to paint my side skirts with, and after about 9 or so months, they haven't yet begun to chip or flake.

It's just important to apply several coats of paint. As long as you use that Bulldog adhiesive stuff, you don't need to worry about sanding the pieces off first. And viola, you'll have a semi professional looking paint job to your dash trim.
