Drilling a hole in a 1996 Lumina APV firewall
Has anyone in this forum had to drill a hole, to pass aftermarket wires through, on a 1996 Lumina APV firewall, I'm looking for some suggestions as to where I can safely drill a hole and run some wires for fog lights, etc, using a rubber grommet and perhaps some sealant after the wires are in secure and finally in place, any ideas on a safe place would be most appreciated....thanks.

Re: Drilling a hole in a 1996 Lumina APV firewall
find the hood latch cable and use a screw driver to poke a hole in the grommet then lip the wire over the screw driver about a 1/2 inch and push it through. that's how all the lights on my truck are wired.
