painting interior of suzuki swift gt

i want to paint the interior of my suzuki swift and need some tips on what kind of paints i should use and what steps i should follow

check this site out. ive heard good things about krylon paints as well.

(little warning on the suzuki swift... its made of aluminum foil. i used to drive a '91 swift... i rear ended a ford windstar at about 25 mph and totalled my car. and the best part? the only damage on the ford was alittle of my paint that rubbed off on its bumper.)
