And I know it's just a question, but rehashing the samething over and over really get's old pretty fast.

Re: tein/eibach/tokico?
I dont think u should even ask that question on the forums. Everyone is gonna say tein this tein that and tein is the best blah blah blah. So the answer is go with teins. Eibach is a really good brand (the make ground control coilovers). Tokico is a very respectable brand of shocks and are really good. Tokico blues is good enough but i guess tokico ?illuminas? are even better since u can adjust it for preference. If u got the money... go for teins. If not then go with like ground control coilovers on Tokico blues or is u want a smooth ride but also enhance performance and looks then go with the eibach drop springs on tokico blues. Coilovers offer a rougher ride but good for cornering while drop springs offer a smoother ride (since it is like a shorter stock spring) but not as good for cornering as coilovers. It is all about what u are looking for whether u want just performance (cornering), looks (4" drops) , ride quality (smooth ride). There is no one suspension that offers all of the above since the lower u go the rougher the ride, and the fact that no coilover can really handle a drop lower than like 2" or something like that (figure of speech). Then again ppl are gonna start ranting after this post saying Tein this.... Bilstein that.... blah blah blah.
What i have on the way is the tokico drop springs on tokico blues. I got it because i wanted a smoother ride but still have more performance than stock. Plus my front shocks blew so it was really bouncy. I didnt wanna go full suspension like Teins because i drive an accord and it doesnt have much potential in power and drifting and all that other crap. thats just my 3 cents <---haha |

For one, I myself roll on Tein coilovers. But I will NOT recommend them the everyone that asks, they really aren't the best either, but rather the best value for dollar when it comes to true/full coilover setups. One's driving style is the determining factor on what suspension they should get. If it's just a daily driver, and no race of any kind, then lowering springs and something like KYB AGX's or even Tokico blues. If it's performance handling type driving, then yes, Tein are pretty worthwhile to have. if it's drag, then you want a spring that's super stiff in front, and not so stiff in the back to keep the fronts planeted on the ground under hard launches and to minimalize wheel hop. If you want daily driving and be able to adjust height, then Ground Controls over some KYB AGX would probably be best. If you want seperate springs and shocks but still going to performance handle type driving, then Ground Controls over some Koni Yellows is about as good as you can get with that. Some SCCA ProSolo drives actually use that setup, and prefer it to something Tein or JIC coilovers, as with G/Cs and Koni Yellows, they can be just as customized in terms of spring rates and shock valving, as true coilovers can be.Also incorrect is about Eibach. They DON'T make Ground Control coilovers, but rather Ground Control contracts out Eibach to make the springs they use for their coilovers, so that you are guaranteed an above quality spring, and also allows a buyer to order them to strict custom specifications that only a company like Eibach can fulfill and meet.
